    Dartmoor is home to mysterious granite rock formations called "tors," some of which are over 280 million years old. They were formed by volcanic activity and weathering over millions of years.

    The famous Dartmoor Ponies have been living on the moor for thousands of years. These hardy little ponies roam freely and are often spotted grazing the rugged landscape.

    Dartmoor has its own microclimate. The weather can change rapidly, with mist and fog often rolling in unexpectedly, giving it a mysterious and unpredictable atmosphere perfect for adventurers!
